“Madlein” means mountain lake or spring. The miniature of a mountain lake – the heated “madlein▪ lake” – characterizes the beautiful, Far Eastern-inspired Zen garden of the wellness hotel. The inner and outer zones of the madlein▪-SPA and Zen garden merge harmoniously through the glass walls and connect people and nature in a wonderful way.
The raked gravel beds and minimalist planting emphasise the peaceful atmosphere of the almost sacred Zen garden. The simple and minimalist architecture forms a beautiful contrast to the majestic silhouette of the Tyrolean mountains in the background.
