Reductions
For rooms with B&B (bed & breakfast only) € 30.00 per day and person will be deducted from the half board price.
Children in the apartment: we offer a 30% discount on the daily rate for the third and fourth person in the apartment..

0-2,9 years: € 80.00
3-6,9 years: 50% reduction per person and night on the price
7-11,9 years: 40% reduction per person and night on the price
from 12 years: 30% reduction per person and night on the price
Little guests are very welcome here! Children are also welcome to use our entire wellness area. At this point we would like to politely point out that we are not a specialized children’s hotel.

Changes to these times are possible after communication with the reception.
You are very welcome to move into your room in advance, once the check-out and cleaning have taken place. Likewise, on the day of your departure we offer Late check out for extra charge.
How to get to Hotel madlein▪ Ischgl:
In Austria, a car vignette is required on almost all motorways and expressways. You can obtain the necessary toll stickers at petrol stations and tobacco kiosks (tobacconists) for a period of ten days, two months or one year. In winter you should prepare your vehicle for the journey in the Alps. Winter tires are absolutely necessary and compulsory, snow chains are sometimes prescribed and required depending on the weather.

Payment
We accept: cash (EUR), EC card, VISA, Eurocard / Mastercard, AMEX and Diners Club.
When paying for cash outlays with credit cards, 6% expenses will be charged.
Checks are unfortunately not accepted.
A deposit is required for a binding reservation. We ask for 70% of the total amount for private customers 14 days after completing the booking.
No reimbursement for early departure. Empty bed fee and cancellation conditions according to the Austrian contractual relationships of the AGBH.
We recommend travel cancellation insurance.
Booking Conditions & Cancellation Possibilities
Your booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 1 month before arrival.
Up to one week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the total price for your stay.
Within a week before arrival we charge 90% as a cancellation fee.
For a no-show we may charge 100% cancellation fee.
If you need to cancel your booking we keep a fee of 5% for the transaction for the banc transfer.
We recommend travel cancellation insurance.
